Gary Diaz

Gary Diaz is Tri-Delta’s in-house chef, born and raised in Chicago, and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Chicago. With a rich background in the culinary arts, he has honed his skills working at establishments such as the Ritz Carlton Chicago and Zelda's Catering Company. Now in his second year with the house, Gary enjoys preparing a variety of seasonal, fresh and flavorful meals. Gary is a fan of the Chicago Cubs and Bulls. When not in the kitchen, Gary enjoys traveling with his husband, playing tennis, gardening, and antiquing.
